Called before I came and was told it was the perfect time to come get my pedicure done because it slowed down....arrived around 2:45 pm...I was seated and toes in the spa picked my colors and advised as to what I wanted done....I waited and waited and waited and waited....it's been a long time still waiting for a tech to start on my feet that didn't happen....than I see another customer cone in way after I did and immediately she was getting her Pedi and Mani done I was like wow!!! Really!! The bad part about it I was going to spend $90 at this hick place...Lived in Atlanta for over 30 years and you get better treatment and cheaper prices for way better services!!! I wouldn't waste my time or money at this place!!!! They OVERBOOKED with not enough employees working which is being greedy!!! If I had been another race I would've gotten better services I did witness this as well while I was there! Be careful of who you give your money to or business you support!!

If you’re looking to waste your money or get ripped off this is definitely the place for you! I went here last Sunday to get a Pedicure and full set. Not to mention I was charged $15 extra dollars for the length of my nails WHICH ARE SHORT AND I CAN LITERALLY MAKE A TIGHT FIST! My total bill was $162!! They couldn’t even do the design I asked for. The shaping is terrible. Mind you I went on a Sunday, today is Friday (5days later) and one nail is completely popped off and 5 others are currently lifting. If you’re wondering I have not been doing anything to break them, I’ve been at home caring for a newborn. My over priced pedicure make my feet feel worse than when I went in!! I’ve been sleeping with socks on because I feel and hear my heels scratching against my cover. I get regular pedicures and this was by far the absolute worst!!! ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE QUALITY OF SERVICE!! Lesson here today DO NOT CHEAT ON YOUR NAIL SHOP/ TECH!!

Absolutely SATISIFIED!! After waiting at Tip-n-Toe Nail Shop( Bel-Air Mall), for an hour I decided to google a different location. I'm do glad I did! The nail techs were very courteous and professional. However, the vibr felt like home. I walked in and they got right to work. They were do kind and connective with my son who was with me waiting as well. I recommend this Nail Bar ONE THOUSAND PERCENT!!❤️

I did the SNS nails with the coffin shape. It was $55. Would I go back? No, because of the price. Did they do a good job? Yes, they did an amazing job and my nails turned out beautiful! I'm giving them a 4 because of their prices. I've gotten SNS nails just as good and $20 cheaper at other places. I only paid this much because I was with a friend.

I have been here a couple times before when I have been at dauphin island doing research or visiting friends, however I will never be back. I went to get my nails done Saturday for my best friends wedding, and they are already breaking off. I frequently get acrylic nails specifically long ones, so I know how to care for them, and none have ever been breaking off so soon. In addition to that I have never seen pricing so outrageous. For plain white, long, coffins and a plain pedicure $171.00, and it didn’t even last a week? If I could give less than 1 star I would.
